Role                                                  Management Support

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Support professional to join our team at Chapelgreen Surgery.

The Management Support is responsible for supporting all day-to-day operations of Chapelgreen Surgery.

Main Responsibilities include: (Please see job description for full list of duties)

  • Assisting with compiling and submitting monthly and quarterly reports
  • Support the monitoring of QOF
  • Monitoring of the petty cash system
  • Collating payroll information for processing
  • Support the management team in preparations for CQC
  • Implementing clinical staff rotas and arranging adequate cover if needed. Ensure adequate room rota for all staff and outside bookings to generate income
  • Preparing inductions and training schedules for trainees
  • Responsible for registering new users on all IT platforms needed such as, AccuRX and ICE in accordance with the new starter forms

Salary                                              £45,000 to £60,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Chapelgreen Practice. 

We are looking for an experienced manager who will work closely with partners to set the strategy for the ongoing successful development of the practice and to ensure the safe, effective, and financially intelligent running of the business with a focus on high quality patient care.

The successful individual will be responsible for providing collaborative leadership and for managing all aspects of the practice with responsibility for practice finances, HR & management of staff, premises management and operational oversight including Health and Safety, compliance with CQC regulation, management of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
